First days of College!
New faces, old faces; same attitudes. Ah, how some things that you will never miss never change, unlike the old school, the majority of which is probably in some big hole in the ground near Kiddeminster. It's like a labyrinth and I am forever getting lost.
Wonderful :)
The school, however, does not reflect neither the majority of the pupils nor the minority of the teachers. We come from a prominantly working class area, so of course, chavs and emos galore.
This compares nothing compared to some of the new teachers, who I find particularly foul.
Here comes a little story...
As many of you know, I feel that I have very little value that isn't academic and I pride myself on my intelligence. This is why, when going into my first Biology lesson yesterday after getting decent Science grades ( 2 A's ), I felt so irritated at my condescending teacher who decided that none of our class, except, of course, Jenna, were at a good starting point.
I mean what kind of society do we live in when C's and above, as all of my class got, are looked down upon?
Oh sorry, I didn't get an A*, that must make me a complete imbecile.
Thank you very much. I'm sure you know that, not only have we had over 10 different teachers since year 7, most of our course was infact Chemistry based.
Other than that, College has been fun though, and I am looking forward to seeing what the year brings. Let's hope that it's not as hard as they say.
